Direct to Operation Manager - TH & Regional Director - Taiwanese


- Contribute to and support the delivery of the company objectives
- Sourcing the right candidate to support the business needs such as talent, performance management, employee development
- Working in partnership with the operational team to identify opportunities and areas of improvement in organizational and people performance in line with business needs
- Being a Key person to promote the company benefits and ability to work in the long term with the company
- Able to manage the orientation for new staff or Employee Relation Activities

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

- Bachelor's Degree in any related field

- 5 years exp. in recruitment process
- Able to present and promote the company benefits and opportunity to work with company in long term
- Ability to manage the company project
- Active Person
- Willing to learn new things
- Strong in English Skills *Upper Intermediate Level
