Number of Subordinate: 20 Production Staffs
Report to Thai Manager & Japanese Department Manager

1. Responsible for overall production process of plastic mold injection process.
2. Setting daily, weekly, monthly objectives and communicate to production staffs.
3. Organize workflow by assigning responsibilities and preparing schedules to each staffs.
4. Ensure the safe use of equipment and schedule regular maintenance.
5. Check production output according to specifications
6. Submit reports on performance and progress to Thai & Japanese Manager
7. Identify issues in efficiency and suggest improvements.
8. Train new employees on how to safely use machinery and follow procedures.
9. Enforce strict safety guidelines and company standards.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

1. Male. Age between 35-40 years old.
2. Bachelor's degree in engineering related field.
3. At least 5 years of working experiennce in production line of plastic injection molding process.
4. Intermediate Level of English
5. Able to work at Ayutthaya
