• Set goals, strategies, work plans, operational methods of the procurement section in line with the company's strategies and goals.
• Review the operations of subordinates. according to the plan Including finding ways to solve problems, prevent, and give advice. in order to be able to operate according to the plan
• Selection, selection of products, raw materials, services that are in accordance with the characteristics and standards set by the company.
• Negotiate with business partners regarding terms and conditions of products, raw materials, and services that the company wants to purchase.
• Control and supervise the purchasing process. as well as following up on the delivery of goods, raw materials, and services to ensure they are correct and in accordance with the agreement.
• Follow up with business partners to comply with agreed conditions. and liaise with business partners in case of problems with products or services.
• Coordinate with finance department and accounting department in making payment for goods to partner companies.
• Controlling, maintaining, creating a database of names and profiles of partner companies.
• Other tasks as assigned

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

• Male / Female Age 35-50 years old
• Bachelor's degree or higher in any field
• At least 5 years of experience in procurement management in industrial factories
• Experienced in purchasing, procurement, outsourcing, including employment contracts, various maintenance services, office materials/equipment, IT, service work, production machinery, repair, and improvement of office buildings
• Experienced in the procurement of materials / equipment, machinery, spare parts, printing blocks, printing work in the corrugated box business will consider specially
• have leadership have good human relations Responsible, honest, and skilled in negotiations.
• Have knowledge of purchasing system Able to manage the work system well
• Proficiency in using basic Microsoft programs.
