JOB DETAIL

- Control stock of spare parts, rent out management
- Coordinate with Accounting team about physical stock and the accounting record
- In charge of goods in and goods out
- Prepare shipment to the customers, as wells as prepare documents concerned, PO input into the system
- Contact delivery company to pick up parcels to be delivered to our customers
- In charge of storeroom
- Maintain reports of purchases and pricing
- Other task as assigned

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

- Female, age between 25-30 years old
- Graduated in related fields
- 2-3 year’s experience of inventory and stock management
- Pay attention well to details
- Good command in English
- Enthusiastic to gather new knowledge and Interpersonal skill in working with people
