JOB DETAIL
HR Role:
HRM
1. Recruit new staff : start from seeking Candidate until complete employment agreement
Procedure :
- Seeking by Job posting.
- Collect application.
- Setting Interview both Face to Face or Online Interview.
- Candidate paper test.
2. Maintain Time Attendance System.
3. Submit Staff Monthly Report to Managers.
4. Yearly Summary Time Attendance for Evaluation
5. Monthly OT Summary Report.
6. Annual Health Check Up for Staff (Thai - Japanese)
HRD
1. Provide the orientation to staff.
2. Provide course training (in house / public) to staff both from internal and external source.
Admin Role:
1. Handle Monthly Car Expenses, collect data then summary to monthly report.
2. Announcement by email (EN/TH) to all staff.
3. Being committee in Company Activities.
4. Greeting guests (some occasions).
5. Other assign jobs.
REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE
1. Female only, age above 35-45 years old.
2. Experienced in HR & GA Functions 5 years or above.
3. Well understanding in Labor Law
4. Calculation & Basic Accounting skill
5. Multi-tasking and development skill.
6. Computer literate e.g. Microsoft Office, Time Attendance Program, Google Form and etc.
7. Proficiency in English (Both written and spoken)
8. Good Interpersonal skill.
9. Service Mind.
10. Happy to work with people to make good results.
11. Goal oriented with attention to details.
