JOB DETAIL

1. Support quality control and improvement for software development department.
2. Understand the current development process and development action plan to improve quality.
3. Check and control the software quality (provide regular meeting/report to management team), create software development guideline that are easy to use for developer, and suitable of company quality policy.
4. Check each development phase completion with planned value and the result reported by development team and judge according by completion criteria. (If result is outside the criteria range, give ‘Corrective action’ as feedback).
5. Analyze the defect trend and give ‘Corrective action’ of its phase or ‘Preventive action’ of next phase to development team
6. Provide standard software quality items to be managed and its target value to the development team
7. Create process tools/templates to enable project teams to self-learn, practice, manage and control project activities.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

1. Male/Female. Age 25-35years old.
2. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science/Technology, Electrical Engineering or Engineering related field.
3. At least 2 years of experience as Software Quality Control & Improvement Engineer in software development area. preferrable in automotive, electronics or IT engineering field.
4. Proven knowledge and experience in software development process, project management and quality control.
5. Intermediate level of English. (If able to communicate in Japanese is an advantage)
NOTE: Mainly work from home.
