JOB DETAIL

1. Assist the Purchasing Account Manager, Assistant Manager, and Manager by supervising the Purchasing department.
2. Troubleshoot shortages, delivery delays, etc.
3. Find solutions in collaboration with the Customer service department, BOI department, supplier, or warehouse with support from the Account Manager or higher management
4. Seek for improvement in own functional area by adopting new approaches, and supervise both in the same grade or subordinator by own experience
5. Review forecast or customer usage and manage to build stock in appropriate quantities.
6. Record and follow up purchase orders, delivery schedule
7. Collect logistic cost billing data and summarize logistic cost reports.
8. Create PO, and process receipt of goods.
9. Item maintenance. (If authorized for the system)
10. Handle Vendor return.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

- Age between 24- 35 years old
- Bachelor's degree of Business Administration or any related field.
- At least 1 year experience as purchasing or supply chain management in Automotive Industry(Experience in Auto Body parts is preferable)
- Conversational high level of English (TOEIC 600 up)
- Ability to work under pressure of deadlines
- Eager to build on your existing skills and to develop your career
- Working experience in a Japanese company
- Working experience in Automotive industries or Trading company
