JOB DETAIL

1. Compensation Management
- Develop the organizational structure and present it to management
- Develop compensation policies, design a salary structure that is appropriate for the organization, and compare compensation with other companies before presenting it to management
- Determine the appropriate commission calculation policy for employees and present it to management
- Approve salary and commission calculations and provide a summary of payments to management
- Present the results of analysis on work scheduling and continuous improvement methods to management
2. Employee Performance Evaluation
- Develop a performance evaluation policy and method that is appropriate for the organization and present it to management
- Review and summarize evaluation results and present them to management to determine compensation increases and bonuses (if applicable)
3. Workforce Planning and Recruitment
- Plan workforce requirements in collaboration with department heads for both short and long-term periods and present them to management
- Present recruitment channels for employees at various levels to management for approval
4. Development and Training
- Develop a policy for development and training in both short and long-term periods that is consistent with company policies and requirements according to laws and regulations
- Employee Relations Management
- Develop an employee relations policy and present it to management
- Present rules and regulations to management and communicate them to all employees
- Plan communication between employers and employees
- Resolve conflicts between employers and employees

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

- Male/ Female, Age not over 45 years old
- At least 10 years of experience in human resource management. (more than 5 years in Manager Level)
- Bachelor's degree or higher in management, human resources, or related field.
- Knowledge of labor protection law, vocational training institutes, social security law, compensation funds, and other tax laws related to personnel work.
- Ability to analyze, plan, and implement strategies effectively.
- Ability to plan and implement recruitment strategies.
- Willingness to adapt and learn new technologies used in each job.
- Experience in setting up HR programs would be considered a plus.
