JOB DETAIL

Products: Housing and building material - Aluminum Door & Window
1. Build up business sales prospects.
2. Propose Tostem Products to new prospective customers and maintain business relationships with the current and new customers
3. Introduce new products to the loyal customers and identify new business prospects and sell the new products to the customers.
4. Promote and specify Tostem Products to the construction business influencers (Architects, Consultants, Main Contractors, etc. Growing sales by creating new sales opportunities and generating sales revenue from the current customers.
5. Ensure achieving the monthly and annual sales targets and the generation of revenue, develop and deliver sales presentations and close sales in a professional and effective manner
by:
- Following up on sales leads, referrals and making regular sales/cold calls on potential customers.
- Assessing customers' needs and explain and demonstrate products to them which may involve providing technical descriptions of products and describing the purposes and potential for which they may be used.
- Making presentations to customers.
- Quoting and negotiating prices and credit terms, prepare contracts, and record orders.
- Acting to close deals & finalize contracts.
- Resolving problems with products and services – with the technical team, Sales Supervisor, and Sales Manager or Product Specialists when required.
- Working with technical and project management and customer order management teams to ensure delivery and maintenance of service sales quality and other follow-ups.
- Establishing long-term, ongoing repeat relationships with loyal and potential customers.
- Attending workshops to learn more technical and professional skills for the job.
- Following up for collection of payment by assisting accounting division in monitoring debtor list to ensure customers pay within the credit period.
- Following up with customers by being available during handover to technical and project management and customer order management teams.
- Updating the actual order and order forecast on a monthly basis.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

1. Female. 25-35 years old.
2. Bachelor's degree in any related field.
3. At least 1 year of experience as Projects Sales for Aluminum housing or building material.
4. Intermediate level of English.
5. Must have personal car & driver's license.
6. Able to work on some Saturdays (2 Saturdays per months).
