1. Issue quotations to the oversea offices and shipping partners and follow up on the outcome.
2. Follow up with customers and oversea offices' inquiry such as shipment status, related document, billing, claim, and other requirements.
3. Coodinate with Customer Services Dept., Sales Dept. and other sections in order to share relevant information to support customers' requirement smoothly.
4. Follow up and solve the problem that caused by operation.
5. Prepare of Customer Complain Report to supervisor to review.
6. Review and update quotation with the current market price to the customers.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

1. Male/Female. Age between 24-30 years old.
2. Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, International Business, Logistics field.
3. At least 1 year as sales coordinator from freight forwarding company.
4. Intermediate level of in English
