• Prepare & Manipulate data for segmentation analyses, data quality reports, and model development
• Develop/Monitor/Improve all finance models (A/B/C for acquisition, account maintenance, and collection)
• Develop/Monitor/Improve Income Estimation Index, TDSR forecast, Strength of Relationship, Customer-level risk rating, Psychometric Rating Tracking efficiency and performance of all Consumer Banking analytic models Perform scenario-based Stress Testing to by using key
• Perform ad-hoc analysis for management or business units to support business operations and business decision.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

• Male or Female, age 25-30 years old
• Bachelor’s Degree in statistics, economic, business, or related fields.
• At least 2-3 years experiences in related field
• Has experience working in Bank/Leasing business would be advantage
• Have experience in data analysis and data visualization
• Have experience with data visualization tool and modeling tool or statistical software such as SAS, Python, R etc,.
• Have experience with credit risk management in banking or financial company is a big plus
• Strong analytical problem-solving capabilities
• Good English Skill and Project management skills
• Detail oriented, independent, and able to work under pressure to meet deadlines.
