• Set policies for accounting, finance, asset, and liability management as well as the provision of funding sources
• Handle, audit, manage and control the accounting and financial processes of the company.
• Organize financial operations, internal control, plan and formulate strategies to support the organization's strategy.
• Manage and supervise employees in various departments.
• Manage financial statements and analyze financial reports of the company.
• Prepare the company's annual budget. and a report comparing the budget with the actual performance
• Control costs within the budget.
• Plan and prepare accounting and tax information reports by controlling the information according to the accounting standards and the Revenue Department manages financial transactions with financial institutions.
• Prepare reports on performance and report on risk control according to the specified criteria to present to the management
• Coordinate with relevant agencies to bring the company to the SET.
• Responsible for submitting operational reports, clarifications required or inquired by the SET, including submitting financial statements or auditor's reports to the SET or related government agencies.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

• Male or female, age 40 years old up
• Bachelor degree or Master in Accounting or Finance
• Experience in real estate 10 years up
• Experience in management CFO 5-7 years up
• Experience in IPO (company goes public)
• Good level of English
