JOB DETAIL

- Supervise the work of the Sales Department to meet the Sales target set by the company
- Responsible for sales promotion (Sales Campaign Management)
- Able to plan, develop, create Produce and manage Sales and Marketing activities across all channels
- Create and Maintain good relationship with the Clients
- Make a team work plan to be effective
- Evaluate and check the KPIs of the employees in the team including encouraging employees to meet the targets set by the company
- Control and monitor the performance of internal employees to ensure efficiency in accordance with the company's policies and goals.
- Participate in activities according to Clients relations plans including communication through various channels effectively to build a good relationship with Clients and related agencies

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

- Male or Female, Age between 40-47 years old
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertisement or related fields
- At least 10 years of experience in Sales Area (Advertisement)
- At least 5 years in Managerial Level
- Constructive Decision Making, Negotiation, Sales and Flexible
- Intermediate Level of English (Can communicate)
- Own a car and driving license
