JOB DETAIL
• Plan and develop digital media strategies, media touch-point planning, as well as media cost and effectiveness analysis via all integrated online, social network, mobile, digital PR and other interactive channels.
• Analyse and evaluate performance data and recommend appropriate actions based on conclusions.
• Manage a team of media planners and assist the Asso. Digital Media Director / Digital Media Director on a day-to-day basis. Ensure that the teams are delivering strategies that meet clients’ briefs whilst balancing agency trading objectives.
• Provide guidance to team members in order to deliver their individual personal growth targets.
• Oversee output from the team and provide supervision and quality control on all proposals.
• Understand and ensure that each team member fully understand and can deliver against clients’ KPIs and business goals.
• Manages upwards to ensure any challenges are resolved quickly and timely.
REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE
- Any gender, age not over 33 years old
- 3-5 years of proven experience in the media industry with a solid understanding of digital media across paid search, social, biddable, and programmatic.
- *Must* have experience in media agencies
- Good command of English is highly preferred
- Excellent understanding of online media planning, implementation, and optimizations.
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously and interact with multiple internal teams.
- Strong quantitative and analytical skills, including an analytic and fact-based approach to problem-solving.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Strong insight data analysis and presentation skills.
- Good communication with service minded.
- Highly organized and an exceptional multi-tasker.
