2. Bachelor's degree in business management or other related fields
3. Have negotiation skills
4. Proficiency in basic computer programs, able to use Microsoft Office.
5. Have experience in electronic procurement over 3 years
6. Leadership and ability to work as a team
7. Detail oriented in data analysis
8. Ability to solve problems
