JOB DETAIL

● Performing actual implementations and demonstrations pertaining to customers’ requirements.
● Being involved in pre-sales technical support on Total Hardware & Software Solutions.
● Coordinating with the team to report work progress, share issues, etc.
● Creating materials for proposing customers. Presentation, Project proposal, Project TOR, Software requirement specification.
● Cooperating with multi-department (Sales team, Dev. team, BA team, SA team).

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

● Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Electrical & Electronics Engineering, Telecommunications Engineering, or Computer Engineering.
● 2-3 years of work experience in a Software Solution Specialist or Presale Software, System, and Solution
● Experiences in the Customize Software solution.
● Good active listening skills
● Good presentation skills
● Good systematic thinking skills
● Ability to work under pressure
● Have driving license and own a car
