• Record Purchase invoice, Prepare Payment Voucher, Remittance application, Confirm billing placement and follow up further
documents, verify paid documents.
• Record Sales invoice, Confirm payment from customer, Prepare Received Voucher, and follow up further documents.
• Reconcile related accounts, prepare aging/overdue report and others related monthly reports.
• Reconcile VAT, Withholding tax and TAX filling to Revenue departmnet.
• Maintain Fixed Asset items in System.
• Can performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

- Male and Female (Thai Nationality)
- Age not over 27 years old
- Bachelor Degree or Master Degree in Accounting and Finance.
- At least 3 years of experience in AR/AP
- Have knowledge of VAT, Withholding tax deduction.
- High responsibilities, Able to work under pressure and very tight deadlines, work well on documentations.
- Experience in D365 system is a plus.
- Good computer skill and proficient on Microsoft Office (especially excel)
- Able to communicate via email.
