- Planning HRD strategy for all group companies (4 factories, almost 1,600 employees)
- Managing all group company HR functions and employee
- Establishing HR evaluation system
- Monitoring Japanese expats visa renewal process
- Discussing with Japanese expats to localize policy to Thailand
- Coaching HR-related subordinates for executing daily tasks effectively
- Coordinating project regarding effective HR management for all branches
- Driving and visiting all branches to discuss related HRD and HRM strategy

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

- Bachelor's degree in any related field
- Thai male age between 45-52 years old
- Working experience as HR manager with full loop of HR functions for more than 5 years
- Having work experience as a HR manager in Japanese company is preferrable
- Intermediate of English or higher
- Owning own car and drive license
