JOB DETAIL

• Control and supervise all HR work, do data analysis system and situations in order to prepare an action plan for the agency, coordinate to the survey of the annual manpower plan (Manpower), manpower planning and manpower management.
• Review summary reports of absence, sick leave, business leave, various types of leave, being late and working hours each to comply with company rules
• oversee and support the day-to-day operations of the HR department.
• Preparing various forms and orientation manuals for new employees correctly
• Deal with labor law issues related to the company check compliance with the law
• Take care of the rules and regulations of the company as well as welfare system work discipline penalties
• Recruitment (support job posting in each media and channel)
• Advise, plan and implement revisions to the payment structure payroll management, manage staff training.
• Receive policies and attend supervisor-level meetings and can communicate to employees and staff in the organization effectively
• Handle the performance appraisal system (KPI) and indicators, including overseeing the ISO, JCI quality systems at the company.
• Manage monetary and non-monetary remuneration and ongoing including new quality systems
• Continue Work Permit Registration of aliens
• Contact various government agencies such as Social Security, Department of Labor and Welfare Department of Skill Development, Foreign Immigration
• Handle company activity for the benefit of society and building good relations with each other.
• Other tasks as assigned

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

• Female, age 33-40 years old
• Bachelor degree in human resource or related
• Experience as a HR Manager for 5-10 years
• Good command of English
• Leadership and experience in human resource management
• Labor law, labor relations, training, and related to HR work
• Use media, tools, and office equipment as well as software packages related to personnel work as well
• Consulting and solving immediate problems at the department level and the organization as well
