• Development of motors for air conditioners (Confirmation of required specifications, motor design, evaluation planning/execution/result summary, review)
• Trouble analysis on design, consideration of countermeasures
• Creation of related 2D drawings, configuration charts and specifications
• Sharing work of team members (Consider work schedules and work assignments, review within the group, etc., together with the Thai manager)
• Consider improving work efficiency, such as manualizing and automating routine work

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

• Male or Female, age 22-30 years old
• Bachelor degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• Experience in engineering 2-3 years
• Knowledge of electricity, machinery, and materials
• Team and communication skills
• Proactive problem-solving skills
• Work experience related to motor design is a plus
• Knowledge and experience in handling development events and reviews
• Intermediate level of English
