JOB DETAIL

• Explore, organize and manipulate large complex data sets, specializing in high volume transactional analysis across sources.
• Analyze data as requested by management such as root cause analysis, simulation model to support their decision in strategic planning.
• Develop effective statistical model for time series, segmentation, classification, pattern recognition, optimization, etc.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

• Male or female, age 25 – 35 years old
• Bachelor’s degree/ master degree in a field that emphasizes on statistical or data programming or data Science
• At least 3-5 years of experience in Retail Business, Banking Business, Telco Business, Marketing Campaign, CRM, Marketing Automation, CDP, Data Analyst
• Strong mathematical/Statistical Skills to help collect, measure, organize explore and analyze data
• Expertise in statistics, Data programming language (SQL, R, Python)
• Experience in handling reporting packages (Database Tool, BI tool, Data visualization software like Tableau, PowerBI, Looker)
• Proficiency in statistics and statistical packages like Excel, SAS, SPSS, to be used for data set analyzing
• Having a systematic and logical approach to problem-solving
• Verbal and Written communication skills, Team Working Skill are required
• Ability for critical thinking
