Job Responsibilities:
- Develop information technology strategies, mid-term and annual plan
- Promote DX (Digital Transformation) for internal operation and new business
- Gather business requirement. Analyze, design and plan to provide technical solutions to management and business
- Report DX activity to top management

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Computer Science and Master’s Degree in MBA
- 8-10 experience in IT division on DX promotion.
- At least 5 years’ Management experience in IT division on DX promotion.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and work with cross-functional team
- Strong Project Management, Software Development process, Software Development Life Cycle experience required - - Strong skill set in data warehousing, business intelligence, data modeling, data integration
- Strong knowledge in cloud technology, virtualization, RPA, mobile application, BotNet
- Experience in machine learning, AI, data science, e-commerce platform, IOT
- Knowledge and experience in K2 Platform , Smartform, SQL Server, Reporting Services
- English communication skills with TOEIC score 730 is required
-Prefer candidate who can speak Japanese
