JOB DETAIL

Products: Water valves and all kinds of valve parts.
Number of Subordinates: 10-15 staffs
Report Directly to Japanese and Thai Manager

1. Taking care of QA/QC documents including certificates, calibration, test results, inspection requests, non-compliance reports and site instruction/observations, permanent materials delivered and other QA/QC documents.
2. Monitor policies and procedures and report any areas where improvement is required.
3. Reviewing the suppliers' specific quality plans
4. Visit suppliers' site (upcountry area) for QA/QC activities as report as needed. (Carry out inspection and checking for all quality related procedures in the site and ensure activity at the site are as per approved method statement and inspection test plan).
5. Ensure timely and effective resolution for QA/QC issues, in coordination Manager and Department Head.
6. Other tasks as assigned.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

1. Male/Female. Age between 32-40.
2. Bachelor degree in Engineering related field.
3. Able to read drawing of AutoCAD 2D/3D, SolidWORKS
4. At least 5 years of experience as QA&QC with experience managing subordinates
5. Must have knowledge of metal casting.
6. Familiar with QMS ISO 9001 ,ISO 14000
7. If have Lead ISO Audit certification is an advantage.
8. Intermediate level of English.
9. Able to work on every other Saturdays (Overtime allowance for Saturday working will be granted)
10. Able to work overtime and travel to supplier's site to peform QA& QC activity upon requested (Not often, company's car and driver will be provide. In case needed to stay overnight, accommodation allowance will be provided)
