JOB DETAIL

• Handle the production in the factory to meet the standards and plans set.
• Coordinate with various agencies to operate in the same direction and in accordance with the plans and policies laid down
• Control, supervise, and monitor the performance of various departments.
• Push and follow up various quality management systems.
• Control and maintain machinery and equipment used in the production of boxes and notify the repair promptly including taking care of regular maintenance not to affect the production
• Other assigned by the supervisor
• Other assigned by the company's policy

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

• Male or Female, age 35-50 years old up
• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical engineer or related.
• Experience in production control more than 3-5 years
• Experience in Management level 1-2 years
• Experience in paper and corrugated box/packaging industry in Automotive and FMCG is an advantage.
• Knowledge of ISO standard system ISO 9001: 2008 and GMP or others
• Good command of English 6/10
• Management skill, easygoing, leadership and responsibility
• Microsoft office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
