JOB DETAIL

1. Handle all tax matters (VAT, WHT, Specific Business Tax, Corporate Income Tax) of the company and group companies including filing tax returns, and liaising with tax auditor.
2. Support affiliated companies and representative office in updating affiliates' profiles, and consolidation package.
3. Work with the team on draft audited financial statement, balance confirmation, and asset control.
4. Manage and ensure all tax submission for Mitsui (VAT, WHT, SBT, CIT) on time and with accuracy.
5. Support company's Permanent Establishment in Corporate Income Tax filing including liaise with tax officers during tax audit.
6. Support business person in charge and accounting dept. to complete consolidation, affiliates profile update, balance confirmation, Rep. office accounting, etc.
7. Handle general accounting tasks i.e. expense workflow, allowance adjustment, nonoperational expense report, asset control, etc.
8. Support external auditor and provide information necessary for financial statement audit.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

1. Male/Female. Age between 25-30 years old
2. Bachelor's degree in accounting field.
3. At least 2 years as accounting officer with strong knowledge in VAT, WHT, and Tax.
4. If able to use SAP is an advantage.
5. Intermediate Level of English (If have TOEIC Score is an advantage).
