・Age between 38~50 years old
・Male or Female
・Bachelor Degree
・Over 8 years of experience as an Injection Molding Engineer（Resin）
・Intermediate Level of English
・More than 5 years of management experience of subordinates
・Microsoft office skills (Excel, word, e-mail)
