Subordinate: 5-10 Sales (All is Female)

1. Manage team & take care existing customers in order to achieve sales target
2. Visit customer, maintain customers' relationship and troubleshoot for specific cases in order to ensure customers' satisfaction.
3. Follow up order to achieve monthly traget and monitor sell in and sell out.
4. Control and monitor sales activities.
5. Prepare business plan or activities of department or business unit in complying with its objectives.
6. Monitor and follow up the performance of department or section in complying with business plan.
7. Develop trusting relationships with major clients to ensure their loyalty to the company and products.
8. Expand the relationship with existing customers by continuously proposing solutions that meet their objective.
9. Develop long-term relationship with customers and work with customers on supply chain solutions.
10. Resolve any issues and problems faced by customers and deal with complaint to maintain trust.
11. Ensure the company achievement and maintain contracts, improve revenue and profit whilst balancing customers' requirements.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

1. Male/Female. Age between 30-36 years old.
2. Bachelor's Degree in any related fields.
3. At least 7 years of experience as B2B Sales.
4. JLPT N2 or higher
5. Intermediate Level of English
6. Able to travel oversea (Asian countries, once every 2-3 months)
