• To control / supervise the company and its subsidiaries and conduct business properly and in accordance with the charter, policies and regulations of the group of companies including all relevant laws/notices and legal requirements.
• To communicate and provide basic advice to CEO, Executives and employees of the Company and its subsidiaries. In complying with the laws / announcements / regulations / regulations related to public companies, the SET, the SEC Office, and the Ministry of Commerce or the relevant agencies.
• To plan, control and take action in disclosure and do reports in order to comply with the law/ announcement / regulations / related regulations with public companies, must comply with the requirements of the SET, the SEC Office, and the Ministry of Commerce.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

- Gender: Male or female age 35 – 45 years old.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Law or other related fields.
- Have at least 10 years of relevant work experience in compliance and law.
- More than 5 years of experience in corporate governance (Compliance)
- Have knowledge and competence in corporate governance and liaising with the SEC, SET, and other relevant regulatory departments.
- Possess problem solving, coordination, communication and management skills
- Fluent in English both of written and verbal (TOEIC 750 up)
- Excellent computer literacy and good command in MS Office.
- Problem-solving and well organizational skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Inter-personal relationship skills, ability to communicate with people of different cultures and backgrounds.
- Proactive and self-dependent.
