- Level: Assistant Manager
- Management all aspects of production control and delivery to achieve customer’s requirement
- Leading and working closely with production control team to ensure achievement of Production Control targets and work smoothly
- Responsible to manage and control the acquisition of regularly order
- Responsible to collect and inform the production volume
- Production capacity investigate confirmation
- Controlling and confirming Die & Tooling status
- Stock & inventory control
- Responsible for New Model and distribute the accurate information to all suppliers
- Responsible for internal design note related to design change, starting, stopping and supervising delivery
- Distributing to the accurate information to all suppliers
- Monitoring and controlling to reduce the abnormal delivery activity
- Responsible to control the delivery process (milk run control) and follow up the delivery situation
- Responsible for Cost Reduction Activity (Logistic Challenge and Packing improvement)
- Understanding Import-Export procedure & Providing the shipment and necessary Import- export documents
- Coordinating with suppliers to ensure smooth and on time operation
- Attend the customer and supplier meeting and be able to distribute all customer’s requirements to all suppliers
- Preparing accurate and reliable reports, presentation and other related documents
- Cooperating with other departments for solving the problem about internal process, customer and supplier
- Responsible for duties assigned by GM

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

- Age between 33-45 years old
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration or other related fields
- At least 3 - 5 years’ experience in Production Control of automotive parts
- Good command in English (Japanese is a plus)
- Good computer skills (Microsoft Office, Internet and Email)
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Have knowledge of Engineering in Automotive manufacturing, Cost Reduction Activity and Problem Solving
- Good team leader, highly organized and can work under pressure and time limit
- Self - motivated and flexible with a good attitude
- Be able to work on the document and report
