JOB DETAIL

1. Oversee process of cargo reservation to ascertain where costs (ad hoc) can be competed and in line with trade lane
and airlines strategy.
2. Responsible for process management and Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) preparation.
3. Ensure efficient and prompt air cargo shipments.
4. Liaise with air carriers on space bookings & rates negotiation.
5. Handle cargo claims with customers and airlines.
6. Liaise closely with oversea offices to arrange and coordinate transit shipments.
7. Analyse profit and loss reports and take corrective action when required.
8. Supevise process of cargo reservation and ensure the consolidation efficiency is performed.
9. Monitor and feedback to airlines in case of their service quality cannot meet customer's satisfaction and/or when irregularity occurred.
10. Monitor and follow up claim process with airlines when damage occurred.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

1. Male/Female. Age between 35-40 years old.
2. Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, International Business, Logistics
3. At least 5 years experienced in air freight reservation process & customs operations from freight forwarding company.
4. At least 2 years in management level with subordinates.
5. Must have good knowledge of Thai customs regulation in air-freight forwarding business.
6. Intermediate level of in English
7.Able to start working immediately would be an advantage.
8. Able to work on some Saturdays 9:00 a.m. -12:00 p.m.
