• Data Correction
- Check and identify the wrong information within SHAPS (ERP) system and coordinate with the related parties to correct them.
- Validate the expenses posting which were posted under wrong account code and coordinate with the finance team in the US to reclassify them
- Prepare summary reports as required by Finance Business Partner
• Process Mapping
- Summary of business processes and work with involved parties to create the standard process map upon the request by Finance Business Partner
• Finance Reports
- Ad hoc request

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

• Male or Female age 25-32 years old
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance or any related field
• At least 2 years working experience in accounting field would be advantage.
• Detail oriented
• Basic knowledge of accounting
• English communications: reading and writing
• Microsoft Visio would be advantage – not mandatory
