Dynamics CRM
• Input and validate new contacts and accounts into the system
• Maintain the accuracy of accounts and contact information
• Ensure that all legal obligations pertaining to privacy and data protection are adhered to

Market Data
• In conjunction with the Product Manager, identify public sources of information on market trends, prices, import, exports, volumes, etc.
• Update and warehouse market data on an appropriate time cycle.
• Update and disseminate reports to support the sales and marketing activities of the region

Financial support
• Review monthly transaction ledger and ensure accuracy of coding and cost allocation as directed by the Finance Business Partner.
• Product performance data
• Support the Product Manager with entry of field data into internal performance systems as required.
• Other data-based projects to support the business unit will be required from time to time

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

• Male or Female age 25-30 years old
• Bachelor’s degree in any related field (a numerate subject is strongly preferred. Training in data analysis, data science or statistics would be advantageous).
• At least 1-2 year of work experience
• Excellent computer skills, especially Microsoft Excel. Experience in a Microsoft Dynamics environment preferred. Understanding of databases would be advantageous.
• Must be detail oriented.
• Ability to work flexibly - sometimes alone and at other times in teams.
• Excellent spoken and written English required.
