JOB DETAIL

1. Coordinate with sales team by managing schedules, filing important documents and communicating relevant information
2. Ensure the adequacy of sales-related equipment, material or documents.
3. Response to complaints from customers and give after-sales support when needed.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

1. Female. Age betweeen 22-30 years old (New graduates with internship experience in coordination field are welcomed to apply!)
2. Bachelor's degree in any field.
3. 0-1 year of experience as Sales Coordinator, Import-Export Officer, Administration or other related positions.
4. Intermediate Level of English
5. Intermediate level of Japanese (If have JLPT N3 or higher is an advantage)
