Sales and Marketing Management
• Working together with the team to achieve sales figures at the company and determine how to administer and manage the work team.
• Communicate, coordinate strategic team goals
• Determine management measures when the department's sales do not meet the target.
• Coordinate work plans and strategies for the sales staff in the team to know.
• Supervise the team to follow the sales process, using tools, presenting products to customers correctly
Planning and setting strategy
• Set sales and marketing goals in line with the goals and policies of the company.
• Planning and determining the company's annual sales strategy, both short-term and long-term
• Planning sales and marketing activities, advertising, public relations, and various media of the company
Sales promotion and marketing opportunities
• Seeking/ detecting/ finding/ presenting sales and marketing information on competitors' products and services
• Analyze data and present Sales promotion and marketing plans in collaboration with supervisors
• Seek/ Investigate/ Find/ Propose business possibilities in the industry related to the company. to release new products and services together with supervisors

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

• Male or Female, age 40-45 years old up
• Bachelor's degree or higher in Business administration or related field
• Experience in Sales and Marketing more than 10 years
• Experience in Management level 3-5 years
• Experience in paper and corrugated box/packaging industry in Automotive and FMCG is an advantage.
• Good command of English 7/10
• Able to work in other provinces from time to time
• Able to use Microsoft office programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Own a car and driving license
