• Plan, set goals and track campaign objectives according to the company's goals
• Set plans and control annual, quarterly, and monthly budgets.
• Analyze monthly, quarterly, yearly sales to meet the company's goals
• Analyze sales of competitor products
• Recruit personnel for the Expert Sales department
• Develop a working system between departments for the company's goals.
• Manage personnel in the department to work with maximum efficiency
• Present plans for short-term and long-term plans
• Other tasks as assigned

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

• Male or Female, age 35 years old.
• Bachelor's degree in any fields related
• Experience in Sales modern trade or Traditional Sales for more than 10 years
• Experience in management team for more than 3-5 years
• Good command of English is a must. (8-9/10)
