Department: Manufacturing/Automobile Solutions
Size of Team: 3 (Direct subordinates: 2)
Report Directly to Senior Manager

Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for 'Project Management in System Implementation' in Manufacturing (System Integration).
2. Responsible for 'Account Management' (Company's major customer) in Manufacturing engage communication and maintain relationship with the customers.
3. Resposible for presales activity perform presales such as proposal and demonstration based on customer's requirement (work with Sales team)
4. Coach and empower subordinates and outsources.
5. Report and communicate company's and department's direction and define necessary align activities. Summarize important point and report management team constantly.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

1. Male/Female. Age between 35-45 years old. Japanese or Thai Nationality are welcomed to apply.
2. Bachelor’s degree in related field.
3. Minimum 5 years in IT Solution, Enterprise Business Application Implementation (SI / ERP / Smart Factory / IoT)
4. More than 5 years in Project management experience for 5-10 million baht size project.
5. Must have technical knowledge and skill in System Integration (Business Analysis, System Design, System Implementation on Windows Server, IP Network and Database)
6. Upper Intermediate level of English and Japanese (as able to speak clearly and persuasively in positive or negative situations; listens and gets clarification; responds well to questions; demonstrates group presentation skills; participates in meetings).
7. Communication Level in Thai
NOTE: Flexible work location (Work from Anywhere) and flexible work hours from 7.30 to 9.30 (9 hours)
