JOB DETAIL

• Receive policies from management and coordinate with employees to ensure that operations are consistent, accurate, and complete.
• Design events and develop personnel in Soft Skills in accordance with the policy.
• Follow up, coordinate, control, evaluate, analyze results in accordance with the policy.
• Study and follow up on current and future HRD information to be applied to the organization
• Coordinate the delivery of employees for training internally and externally
• Coordinate, prepare and collect Job Description + Organization Chart to update every year.
• Be up-to-date with events from various media in order to update information or knowledge.
• Develop personnel capabilities and maintain Talent Group, developing the successor (Succession Plan) to support the goals and directions of the company continuously.
• Develop personnel in the department to have knowledge, skills, abilities. and good attitude including building morale and motivation to work.
• Perform other tasks as assigned.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

• Male or Female age 30 – 40 years old
• Bachelor's degree or higher HR Development, Personnel Management, BA or related field
• At least 5 years of experience in managing training courses, organizing training, Soft Skill development, On the job training.
• Strong communication skills, negotiation, persuasion, compromise, and motivation.
• Focus on the achievement of the work and can adapt to the organization as well
• Good personality, cheerful, fun, calm, good presentation skills.
• Ability to manage people effectively. Have a positive attitude. Good problem solving
• Good knowledge of labor law.
• Be a strong leader. ready to think critically together with senior management
• Have a passion for activities. and novelty that leads to change
• Able to handle pressure well, have Achievement and high Service Mind.
• A modern person who likes to update knowledge and likes to develop himself all the time.
• Able to use Computer MS-Office well.
• Study and follow up information on HRD now and future trends and apply to the organization
