JOB DETAIL
- Manage works by communicating with internal legal officer in HQ, outside accountants, lawyers and other appropriate persons
- Provide clarification on legal language or specifications to everyone in the organization
- Continuously research legal resources such as articles, codes, statues. Judicial decisions and more to stay up to date on all current Thai laws and codes
- Identify potential legal risks and issues and provide proactive legal advices to the company's management
- Together with an external and internal legal counsel, draft and review legal documents, contracts, agreements, stock certificate and others, create legal investment structure of the projects, conduct legal due diligence on projects, manage legal affairs within the organization, initiate and pursue legal proceedings and actions
- Create efficient and effective methods to track data, gather and record legal information
- Analyze legal information for errors and omissions
- Answer questions from co-workers, clients, customers, or stakeholders regarding legal information or any issues
- Manages daily/weekly/monthly agenda and arrange new meetings and appointments with any person
- Makes outgoing customer calls or cold calls in order to schedules appointments and meetings as necessary
- Demonstrates superior time management skills and meets project deadlines
- Together with management, sets marketing schedules and coordinates with colleagues, business partners, investors, banks, media representatives, and other professionals to implement business strategies across multiple channels
- Together with management, develops marketing strategies and approaches for various consulting services, such as M&A advisory, Real Estate-related consulting, and Joint venture business consulting from a legal viewpoint.
- Creates and presents regular marketing reports or business memos for managers and executives in Japanese/English
- Conducts business reviews to ensure clients are satisfied with legal & administrative services, such as monitoring business of asset management on the real estate projects for Japanese investors
- Achieves client relationship targets and KPI’s as set by management through superior customer services
- Researches potential target industries trends and patterns, business partners, and clients, from a legal perspective
- Collaborates with internal and/or external teams to address clients’ needs
- Translate documents / verbal communication from Thai into Japanese/English whenever necessary
- Engages in superior customer service by making information readily available in Japanese/English
- Creates and submit timely reports, proposal, information materials, memos, and presentations to business partners, clients, and investors, for business development in Japanese/English
- Implement and adhere to the company's or organization’s procedures and policies
- Assist in the presentation of reports to managers and executives
- Attend meetings with customers,
- Conduct your work with integrity and responsibility
- Assist colleagues whenever necessary
- Perform other functions that may be assigned by supervisor from time to time
REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor degree in Legal
- At least 0 to 5 years of working experience (fresh graduate is preferable)
- Proficient in MS Word and Excel
- Good communication skill in English (Advanced Business Level)
- Good communication skill in Japanese is preferable
- Lawyer’s license is preferable
- Able to communicates well with other members.
- Able to understand the point of view of the superior.
- Able to work without major errors in performed tasks.
- Able to report timely to the superiors about the progress of tasks.
- Able to do work with positive attitude.
