JOB DETAIL

Payment to Local suppliers
- Verify invoices and purchase requisitions before payment
- Proceed payment by fund transfer (Internet banking)
- Reconcile suppliers' accounts and resolve differences
- Respond to inquiries from suppliers regarding status of payments
- Settle AP in ERP system
- Manage Receipts from suppliers

Petty Cash and Associates Reimbursement
- Maintain petty cash in Head office and warehouse locations
- Prepare associates reimbursement claims on weekly basis
- Record payment and reimbursement transactions in ERP

Others
-Perform Bank Reconciliation before month end closing
- Download daily bank statements
- Perform other duties as assigned

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

1. Male/Female, Age between 23-28 years old
2. Bachelor's degree or higher in Finance or Accounting related field.
3. At least 1 year as Finance Officer with experience in local payments by internet banking and withholding TAX knowledge.
4. Intermediate Level of English (If have TOEIC 500 or higher is an advantage.
5. Able to work on some Saturdays depends on company's calendar (Average 1-2 Saturdays/month)
