JOB DETAIL

1. Responsible for solving the problem, IT projects and tasked assigned by the Head of Department.
2. Support IT Service: GATES System (SAP Hana), company's customization system, company's application to support internal users.
3. Responsible for project management to co-operate with users and vendors.
4. Responsible for system service status report to IT Department Manager
5. Responsible for problem analysis and solution report to IT Department Manager
ุ6. Responsible for anti-virus control.
7. ุResponsible for data-access and keep control.
8. Responsible for usage person control
9. Responsible for half-year checking
10. Responsible for check and keep license by official law.
11 Responsible for Action Plan Progress Report to IT Dept. Manager.
12. Responsible for PDCA Report to IT Dept. Manager.
13. Responsible for checking staff operation based on ISO operation.
14. Responsible for checking staff operation based on Authorization Matrix.

-Email service availability per year (%)
-File server service availability per year (%)
-Internet Access Service availability per year (%)
-Sub System availability per year (%)
-Number of issue sheetnot over target date = 0

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

1. Male/Female, Age between 25-30 years old.
2. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT Security & Compliance or related IT technical field.
3. At least 2 years of work experience in IT Application field.
4. Experienced with Window (PC/OS) Server, Network, RDBMS, RPA and/or BI.
5. Intermediate Level of English (TOEIC 550 or higher). If able to communicate in Japanese is an advantage.
6. Able to work on some Saturdays depends on company's calendar (Average 1-2 Saturdays/month)
