HR&GA
• Handling overall management of the HR functions.
• Develop a recruitment strategy based on manpower requirements.
• Support salary and benefits surveys including analyzing the results of the surveys to develop specific.
recommendations to support pay decisions and develop competitive salary structures.
• Manage operating salary budgets and evaluate the performance system.
• Supervise and inspect the benefits and welfare of the company.
• Planning and Support Development & Training for employees and organization development to support business objectives and company targets.
• Establishing and maintaining good relationships between employers and employees.
• Handling complaints, policy resolution issues, discipline, etc.
• Communicate with the welfare committee, and employees, and update company regulations.
• Controlling and monitoring of General Affairs Dept. (activity, uniform, drivers, maid, and security guards)
Legal & Compliance
• Drafting, reviewing, revising, and negotiating legal contracts, letters of agreement, or legal documentation including lawsuits of the company.
• Provide legal support and advice on various legal aspects related to the company.
• Inspect company’s licenses (e.g., IEAT, FBA, trademark) and compliance matters.
• Responsible to update the company policies as well as all agreements to be up to date.
• Identify, assess, and manage any potential risks as well as provide reports and communicate to ABS / President.
• Enhancing Compliance Activities & Cultures
REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE
• Male/Female, Aged between 40 - 48 years old.
• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management, Legal or related field.
• Minimum 10 years of work experience in a Managerial position of HR & Administration in the manufacturing industry.
• Knowledge of Thai Labor Laws, Labor Relation Law, Business Ethics, and PDPA, able to implement HR system and structure.
• Have a good understanding of HR business requirements, outgoing, and possess good organizing skills.
• Understanding QMS, ISO9001, IATF16949 and work permit process.
• Good command of English communication skills (Upper Intermediate Level)
• Highly creative, high leadership, entrepreneurship, excellent communication skills, interpersonal skills, and highly service minded.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate with people.
