JOB DETAIL
Recruiting:
- Handling some administrative duties related to hiring and record keeping
- Vacancy list and employee movement
- Organizing interviews with hiring managers
- Organize events or college recruitment campaigns attend recruiting events or job fairs
Employee Life cycle:
- Employee personal file arrangement
- Per-onboarding process: insurance registration for new joiner, etc.
- Onboarding process: pre-employment checkup, criminal checks, on-boarding scheduling, etc.
- Employee benefit plan support e.g. fleet card application, provident fund application, etc.
- Reporting of employee database
Training:
- Follow up on participants list and class joining
- Promote internal courses through various channels
- Training logistics on the training day by coordinate with external vendor/ trainer and internal guest speaker
- Training evaluation (if any)
- Data input to send to Rayong for uploaded in the system for training history
REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE
- Males or Female 25 - 30 years old
- Bachelor's degree in human resource or any field.
- 2-3 years of HR & Admin experience
- Very organized person who has also good in communicate
- Good in English with TOEIC 750
- Willing to learn and do some clerk tasks /admin duties under HR and Admin
- Knowledge of visa /work permit will be added advantage
