• Take care overall of company sales.
• Developing, implementing, and executing strategic sales plans for company (short term and long term).
• Take care, manage, monitor, control, coach, develop, motivate, and support sales teams.
• Achieving sales targets as defined.
• Develop long-term relationships with all partners, handling and interpreting their requirements.
• Track and report sales metrics, forecast monthly sales, and manage pipeline.
• Report sales pipeline and QBR to each brand.
• Set, control, and evaluate KPI of team members
• Meet with customers to discuss their evolving needs and to assess the quality of our company's relationship with them.
• Promoting the organization

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

• Male or female, age 35-40 years old
• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related
• Experience in Sale related field more than 5-10 years
• Experience in sales manager 2-3 years
• Good communication skill in English
• Knowledge about 3D printer and 3D software are advantage
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
• Superb leadership ability
• Results-oriented with strong analytical skills
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively
• Enthusiastic, motivated, results-orientated, and resourceful
• Enthusiastic to gather new knowledge
• High Responsibility
• Able to work under pressure
• Good communication skill in English
• Own a car and driving license
