JOB DETAIL

 Contact customers and book space with an agent, Send HAWB to customers daily.
 Checking some special or new regulations with the airline.
 Coordinate with customers and an internal section for a smooth operation process.
 Coordinate with an oversea agent.
 Checking and negotiating buying rates with agents, checking packing rates with packers or outsourcing, checking transport costs with the transport team, and Making quotations with suitable rates to customers.
 Checking and correcting DG and Non-DG documents before delivering cargo to TG/BFS warehouse.
 Query and advise useful information to customers, follow up necessary shipping documents with customers, negotiate with customers in case of space problems and find the best solution to customers, and prepare HAWB.
 Making plans to reserve air cargo space in advance and follow up flight schedules, dealing with airlines in any cases of problems.
 Prepare shipping documents to return to customers, Making expenses.
 Other duties as an assignment.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.
• At least 1 year experience in Customer Service, Import-Export, Shipping, and Cross Border Operation.
• Lower - intermediate Level of English
• Has logical & analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and negotiation skills
