JOB DETAIL

• Perform month-end closing procedure, year-end closing procedure and budgeting support
• Overseeing the daily activities of the accounting department and ensuring that all major projects, month-end, and year-end reports are completed accurately and on time.
• Prepare for financial audit and coordinate the audit process.
• Maintains accounting controls by establishing a chart of accounts and defining accounting policies and
procedures.
• Guides other departments by researching and interpreting accounting policy and applying observations
and recommendations to operational issues.
• Maintains financial security by establishing internal controls.
• Avoids legal challenges by understanding current and proposed legislation, enforcing accounting
regulations, and recommending new procedures.
• Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities, reading professional publications,
maintaining personal networks, and participating in professional organizations.
• Accomplishes accounting and organization mission by completing related results as needed.
• Manage and control subordinates to make the accounting and financial operation smoothly.
• Oversee and manage the general accounting functions, including, but not limited to: accounts payable,
accounts receivable, general ledger, and taxes.
• Help with quarterly and year-end financial audit activities and the annual corporate financial controls
audit.
• Assess current practices and procedures, and make recommendations for improvements.
• Prepare, review, and analyze financial statements to ensure accuracy and completeness
• Perform ad hoc analysis and projects as requested.
• Supervise and/or manage general ledger accounting functions.
• Develop staff by managing performance, setting goals, providing ongoing training, and maintaining
strong employee relationships.
• Work with external auditors to ensure correct and timely closing and reporting at year-end

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

- Female and Male(Thai Nationality)
- Age 35-45 Years old
- Bachelor's degree in accounting
- 10 years experience in Accounting and Finance in manufacturing
- 3 years experience in Management level
- Have knowledge of TFRS, IFRS
- Intermediate level of English and computer skill
- Holding CPD
