JOB DETAIL

• Focus at Endpoint Security (EPP, EDR) and Endpoint management product
• Ability to implement Endpoint Security products; Trend Micro Apex One, Deep Security, Microsoft Defender, Tanium, RedCloak
• Ability to implement Endpoint Management products; SCCM, ManageEngine
• Prepare and demonstrate the proofs of concepts the produsts and solutions to the customers.
• Manage and coordinating with customer for project installation, implementation and project sign-off.
• Coordinate with the other parties and vendors to find the right solution.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

- Male and Female (Thai Nationality)
- Age not over 27 years old
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Mechanical Engineering or related fields.
- At least 1-2 Years of Experience
- Has administration/Implementation experience in security product such as Trend Micro Apex One, Deep Security, Microsoft Defender, Tanium, RedCloak
- Famillar with Desktop management tools such as SCCM, ManageEngine
- Has basic network and infrastructure knowlegded
- Windows Client/Server troubleshooting
- Non-Windows (RedHat, Ubautu, CentOS) troubleshooting will be advantage
- Able to learn new technologies quickly.
- Good customer service skills.
- Strong coordination, organization, teaming and communication abilities.
- Good troubleshooting and problem solving skills.
- Fair communicate in English.
