FMC Team
Our Financial Management and Control, FMC Business Unit supports the CFO in companies leading the change on digital transformation, helping them move towards their goals of corporate value realization. We provide various kinds of solutions related to the accounting and finance business process and support the transformation from strategic planning to realization. Especially in recent years, increasing corporate value through the use of non-financial information has become a major business agenda item for companies in terms of
increasing corporate value and FMC is strengthening its consulting services in this sustainable accounting area.

• Provide insights into the latest sustainable accounting solutions in the market as well as BPR (Business Process Reengineering) / BPI (Business Process Improvement)
• Lead the development of sustainable accounting consulting services and BPR/BPI and recommendations to clients through global trend research, global regulatory research, and advanced data analysis, especially in sustainable accounting-related projects in Southeast Asia and Thailand
• Maintain relationships with business partners in developing proposals and conducting sales activities for any prospects
• Act as a project manager to define the work plan and budget for the entire project
• Tailor project management methodology corresponding to different clients’ business context, cultures, and project characteristics
• Manage budget, scope, timelines, quality, risks, issues, communication, team resources and subcontractors across all streams for the entire project
• Work collaboratively with the project steering committee, ensuring governance, communication lines and proper escalation processes are in place
• Gain trust from the client’s management and key person through engagement management, ensuring the right balance between profitability and the client’s project goals

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Accounting, Finance, Sustainability, or any related field
• 10+ years of work experience in Auditor and/or Consulting Industry
• 7+ years as a project manager role in strategic planning, operational improvement or process improvement projects, or IT implementation projects
• ESG-related educational programs or work experience a plus
• Understanding of strategic planning approach, ESG requirements and global regulations, and practical operations.
• Experience in managing sales activities including proposal creation and presentation
• Good relationship with management level in any companies in Thailand or other countries in SEA is a plus
• Certificate in certificated accountant, project management or other related program is a plus
• Fluency in English and Thai (both verbally and in writing)
• Excellent communication skills, being able to convey complex ideas to clients
• Excellent documentation skills
• Good with MS Office suite especially Excel and PowerPoint
• Flexible in traveling both domestically and internationally
