JOB DETAIL

•Provide technical support, troubleshooting and maintenance service to customer.
•Implement the engineering systems (PDM, PLM and CAD VDI) to customer.
•Develop documentation in support of regular operations, configuration document and implementation document.
•Communicate with oversea partner and vendor for design of solution, systems implementation and troubleshooting
•Support technical information to Sales and Technical Sales team
•Perform other duties as assigned.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

- Male and Female (Thai Nationality)
- Age 25-35 years old
- Bachelor degree or master degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or Information Technology
- Minimum 2-5 years of experience in system support, system implementation or IT planning & management.
- Experience in engineering software business would be advantaged.
- Knowledge of IT Technology: hardware/software, OS, server, storage, network and database.
- Knowledge of PDM, PLM, CAD VDI (Citrix, VMWare, HP Anyware) would be advantaged.
- Knowledge of Java and Java Script programming languages would be advantage.
- Knowledge of Linux, Solaris would be advantage.
- Good English Skills.
