o Handle counterfeit products in Asia & Oceania
o Market research for counterfeit products
o Intellectual property education for internal staff and affiliated companies
o Lobbying activities to relevant government agencies
o Other related activities such as budget management

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

- Male and Female (Thai Nationality)
- Age between 25 - 33 years old.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Intellectual Property Law or related field.
- 1 - 5 years of experience in the roles of Intellectual Property Lawyer
- Having knowledge in Intellectual Property Law (Patent, Design Patent, Trademark, Copy right, etc.)
- Fresh Graduates are also welcome.
- Good commend as verbal and writing communication skills in Thai and English (TOEIC 780)
- Strong analytical minded person, flexible, patient, loyal and willing to learn with pleasant personality and teamwork skill.
- Computer literacy (Microsoft Office)
