・President, find a client in the MD position and conduct real estate franchise sales
・Contact, coordinate, support, inform and advise customers and related organizations in process of opening franchise shop
・Plan and create marketing activities to promote franchise business and company through medias
・Advise and improve quality of franchisee so that franchisee management meets standard
・Plan, check and improve potential of franchisee to have efficient management
・Plan and strategize for franchisee’s highest satisfaction in managing franchise
・Prepare data, Analyze, Apprise, and present data as assigned
・Follow company policy and work effectively to achieve goal
・Record customer data, follow up and prepare monthly reports
・Provide customer assist as needed when customer needs help or has a complaint
・Coordinate with other departments in company
・Other administrative tasks as assigned

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

【Must】
・Bachelor Degree
・Male or Female
・Age between 28 - 38 years old
・More than 3 years of sales experience
・B to C sales experience
・Intermediate Level of English　（TOEIC 700 Up）
・Upper Intermediate Level of Japanese　（JLPT N2 Up）
